How do I get my student's ID number.
Ask your student! Secondary students use their ID number at school. Parents have access to the 9 digit number on the student's last report card or on the class schedule. If you have questions about a student number, contact the school office.
How do I add money to my student's account?
Select Food Service in the top left hand menu. Then select the meal payment for your student’s campus. Enter the student’s last name, ID number and the amount you would like to add. Select Buy Now. Select Go to Checkout. If you are a new customer enter the email address where you want the receipt sent and click "Sign in". If you have used this email address before, enter your password and "Sign in".
My credit card was not accepted.
Make sure you enter the credit card billing information in the “Billing Information” section. This must be the billing address where you receive your mailed credit card bill. We accept MasterCard or VISA, debit or credit card.
Special note to Debit Card users: Many banks “reserve” the amount you attempt to charge each time you make an attempt, even if the debit card is declined. While the money will not be withdrawn from your account, a reserve will prevent you from making other withdrawals for several days and MAY create an overdraft. If your debit card was not accepted due to “address verification error”, contact your bank to have them update their information to the Address Verification System.
When will my child have money in the account to use?
Payments made before 2:00 pm on a school day will be available for use the following school day in time for breakfast. Payments made after 2:00 pm or non-school days may not available until the following school day. Balances shown online are as of the previous school day's activity.
Why do I have to choose a campus?
Each LISD campus cafeteria is a separate cost center. If you choose the wrong campus, you student will still get proper credit. However, it will be difficult to research if there is a question about your payment. Also another campus will receive the revenue for your student's payment. Don't worry if you choose the wrong campus, but please get it correct next time.
What happens if my child does not have money in the account?
The District understands that occasionally a student may forget or lose his/her lunch money. Elementary students are allowed a limited number of charges during the year. LISD has a No Charge policy at all secondary schools. Students without money for luch are referred to the campus main office.
How do I pay for multiple students?
You may make multiple payments with the same charge, but you must make separate pages for each student. At the shopping cart page, you have the option to “Continue Shopping.” Just select Food Service and add other payments before you check out.
